Last night was funny! I had J, one of my students, over for dinner and an HTML lesson. She was listening to music on my itunes and my roommates were around as well, and she goes, oh I love all your oldies. Mind you, we were listening to SWV - Human Nature, a song from the early 90's. Yikes, they think my music is oldies! *giggles*
So, a few days ago I went to a Chinese New Year party and met a cute guy who just happens to be a friend of Sunshine! She did a little detective work and it turns out he is single, but is currently pursuing someone at work. That's alright, maybe he'll decide he wants to pursue me after getting to know me a bit better. And he'll get an opportunity to do that tonight at Sunshine's impromptu potluck dinner.

"Hova" is short for Johova, as in Johova's Witnesses. I read an article about the Blueprint (the CD where that song came from, I think). Johova is another word for Jesus (or God). So, in that song he's kind of equating his status to something as high as Jesus or God. Your typical rapper egotism.
